1. Purpose

These Terms of Service govern access to the site and the use of the services provided by nova-iptv. By accessing the site or subscribing to a plan, you fully and unreservedly accept these terms.

2. Description of the service

The service consists of providing technical access to broadcast streams via the IPTV protocol. Access is personal and intended for private use within a single household.

The number of permitted simultaneous connections depends on the plan purchased (from 1 to 5 devices).

3. Subscription and activation

Subscriptions are made online. After payment is confirmed, access credentials are sent by email and WhatsApp, usually within 5 minutes.

The subscription is valid for the duration chosen (3, 6, 12 months or 2 years) and does not auto-renew.

4. User obligations

The user agrees to:

• not share, resell or redistribute their access credentials;
• not use the service for commercial purposes or public re-broadcast;
• not attempt to bypass, copy or alter the technical systems of the service;
• comply with the laws applicable in their country of residence.

Any sharing of credentials beyond the permitted number of connections results in immediate suspension of access, without refund.

5. Service availability

We take reasonable measures to maintain availability close to 99.9%. Occasional interruptions may nonetheless occur for maintenance, updates or in the event of force majeure.

Streaming quality also depends on the user’s internet connection, which must have sufficient speed (15 Mbps in HD, 25 Mbps in 4K).

6. Technical support

Support is available 24/7 via WhatsApp and Telegram, including setup help and remote configuration, at no extra cost.

7. Suspension and termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in the event of a breach of these terms, in particular credential sharing or fraudulent use.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be changed at any time. The applicable version is the one published on this page at the time of subscription.
