Acceptable Use Policy
Permitted and prohibited uses of the service.

General principle
The service is provided for private, personal and household use. This policy defines what constitutes acceptable use and what does not.
Permitted uses
- Private viewing within the household, up to the number of connections purchased.
- Use on the subscriber’s personal devices (Smart TV, mobile, box, computer).
- Personal viewing while travelling.
Strictly prohibited uses
- Resale, sublicensing or redistribution of credentials or streams, in any form whatsoever.
- Public or commercial broadcast (bar, restaurant, hotel, waiting room, or any venue open to the public).
- Sharing credentials outside the household or beyond the permitted number of connections.
- Recording, capturing, re-encoding or re-broadcasting the streams.
- Attempting reverse engineering, intrusion, attack or overloading of the infrastructure.
- Using bots, automated scripts or mass-extraction tools.
- Any activity that is illegal under the laws applicable to the user.
Detection and sanctions
Our systems automatically detect abnormal connections (multiple IP addresses, inconsistent locations, excessive simultaneous connections).
In the event of a breach, the following measures may apply: warning, temporary limitation, immediate suspension or permanent termination without refund.
Reporting
Any abuse can be reported to dev-email@wpengine.local. Each report is reviewed.
