Last updated: August 4, 2026
Our position
nova-iptv respects intellectual-property rights and expects its users to do the same.
We act as a technical access provider: we do not host, produce, edit or store any audiovisual content on our servers. Streams come from third-party sources over which we exercise no editorial control.
Reporting an infringement
If you are a rights holder and believe that content accessible through our service infringes your rights, send a notification to dev-email@wpengine.local including:
- your full contact details (name, organization, address, email, phone);
- a precise identification of the copyrighted work concerned;
- a precise identification of the material at issue so it can be located;
- a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act;
- your signature (electronic or handwritten).
Handling of notifications
Each complete notification is reviewed promptly. Where the request is well-founded, access to the stream concerned is removed or disabled without undue delay.
Counter-notification
If you believe content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notification to the same address, explaining your position and providing your contact details.
Abusive notifications
Any notification that is manifestly unfounded or abusive is the responsibility of its author.
