The picture freezes or stutters (buffering)

Check your speed (minimum 15 Mbps in HD, 25 Mbps in 4K). Prefer an Ethernet cable over Wi-Fi, restart your internet box, and lower the quality if needed. If the issue is on a single channel, report it: we switch the stream.

A channel won't start

Fully close the app and reopen it. If the channel is still unavailable, it's temporary stream maintenance: contact us and we give you the backup stream right away.

I didn't receive my credentials

Check your spam or junk folder. If you find nothing, message us on WhatsApp with your order number: we resend your access within minutes.

The app shows "invalid credentials"

Re-enter your access with no space before or after, respecting upper and lower case. Also check the server URL is complete (with the port). Our support can set up the device remotely for you.

Picture quality is low

Select the HD or 4K version of the channel in the list (often marked "HD", "FHD" or "4K"). Then enable hardware decoding in the player settings.

The TV guide (EPG) is empty

In the app settings, force an EPG update. The full load can take a few minutes the first time.
